Every client private or institution who required our services will have to sign  and return our agreement before any work is commencing.

A invoice will folow to every customer with the vat payable at the time.

Once the paper work is signed and returned will be checked and proced to have a starting date for the contract. 

The invoice and the contract will be signed by the manager every time.
